NOAH's bilingual first-time homebuyer education provides a comprehensive overview of the necessary steps of the home purchasing process. Our knowledgeable staff educate participants on budgeting, understanding credit, savings, and how to be prepared to become a homeowner. Our classes includes presentations from a variety of industry professionals including Loan Officers, Real Estate Agents, Home Inspectors, Insurance Agents, and Real Estate Attorneys. Graduates of the 8-hour class will receive a certificate by the City of Boston, which allows them to apply for first-time homebuyer specialized mortgage products in the state of Massachusetts. Overall, this will give the participants a greater credibility when buying their first home.

NOAH Online First-Time Homebuyer Course
NOAH offers a Citizens' Housing and Planning Association (CHAPA) certified online version of our first-time homebuyer course for Massachusetts residents. This is offered in both English and Spanish. This class consists of 7 modules, each with its own quiz that must be passed with a score of 80% or above. For more information click here.
Live Classes (Zoom)
NOAH offers the Citizens' Housing and Planning Association (CHAPA) certified First-Time Homebuyer course. Learn everything you need to know about buying your first home. The cost to register is $50 per person. During the course we will review the homebuying steps and will have the participation of the following guests: Loan Officers, Real Estate Agents, Home Inspectors, Insurance Agents, Real Estate Attorneys, among others. After completing the course, we offer free one-on-one counseling. At the end of the course you will receive a letter of completion. To obtain the certificate you must complete the 8-hours course, and provide the following documents: Loan Application, Loan Estimate, and Purchase and Sale agreement.
Important - It is mandatory that the participant submit the Intake Forms in advance, these forms will be sent through Adobe under Diana Franco’s email, otherwise, you will not be given access to the class.
Classes are currently held during one weekend of each month (Saturday and Sunday) from 9:00AM to 1:30PM. During the summer (June, July, and August) classes will be held on weekdays from 5:30PM to 9:30PM.
